My ideal deadline for a Web Design project is a maximum of six weeks, it may be even quicker on a project-to-project basis. But overall, tasks are divided into 6 phases, approximately 1 week per phase. To ensure that we stay on track and avoid any delays or extension fees, it would be great if we could have the majority of intended the content prepared before we reach stage 3. This way, we can smoothly move forward with the project without any hiccups. It’s important to have everything in place so that we can meet our deadlines and deliver a fantastic end result.
PROJECT TIMELINE

Vison Phase
This crucial step allows us to openly discuss and align our expectations. By understanding each other’s needs and goals, we can establish a strong foundation for a successful outcome. A down payment commences this stage.

Content Delivery
You’ll be preparing all of the content and brand materials, including colors and anything else you’d like me to incorporate. Don’t hesitate to share your ideas and goals along the way.

The Merge
I’ll take the content that you have provided and seamlessly merge it with the structural design from phase 2 created, bringing all of the puzzle pieces together to towards the final web design.

Probation
A one-week window where we put the website to the test to ensure optimal performance. It’s like giving the website a trial run to make sure everything functions smoothly. This is a crucial step to identify any potential issues and make necessary improvements.

Launching
In the final phase, it’s time for the official launching. We’ve put in all the hard work, and now it’s time to unveil the website to the world. Once you give the green light and are satisfied with everything, we’ll make it official and launch it for everyone to see.
